InvoiceNow (“the Service”) helps you generate invoices and related documents. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including GSTIN, tax rates, and amounts. InvoiceNow is a tool to assist invoice creation and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Verify all figures before sending an invoice or filing returns.

Accounts & plans

The free tier allows up to 3 invoices per month. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for fraudulent invoicing or any unlawful purpose.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceNow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
