Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access until then.

Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current cycle once billed, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing fault, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and refund eligible charges.

Free tier

The free tier requires no payment and can be used indefinitely within its monthly limits.
